Bookings and deposits

A deposit of 50% of the applicable consultation or treatment fee is payable at the time of booking, and is required to confirm your appointment. This applies to initial consultations, review consultations, and treatment appointments.

Your deposit is not an additional fee — it is applied toward the total cost of your consultation or treatment, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment. Initial appointments carry a minimum fee of $300, payable on the day of your consultation. Treatment fees are discussed and confirmed during your consultation.

If you can't find a suitable appointment time online, email info@drsarahanthony.com.au with your availability and we'll try to find something that works.

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this using the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us on 0461 362 503 or info@drsarahanthony.com.au.

Missed appointments, and cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment time, will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation or treatment fee (your forfeited deposit). No exceptions apply.

This policy exists because appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to another patient.

Attending your appointment

We are an appointment-only clinic, with appointment times scheduled carefully so as not to interrupt other patients. Please arrive as close to your exact appointment time as possible — if you're early, there are cafes nearby on George Street. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full appointment, and it may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a late cancellation under the policy above, at the discretion of the clinic.

Please don't bring children, pets, or friends to your appointment, unless this has been arranged with us in advance.

Fees and Medicare

All treatments provided by Dr Sarah Anthony Aesthetics are privately billed, and no Medicare rebate applies.Prescriptions and referrals require a separate medical consultation, and are billed separately from cosmetic/aesthetic treatment. A Medicare rebate applies to this separate consultation, along with an out-of-pocket fee.

Results, reviews and refunds

Individual results vary, and no specific cosmetic or treatment outcome can be guaranteed. Treatments are not refundable on the basis of individual results. Treatments are typically reviewed 2–6 weeks after your appointment, and further treatment may be recommended to achieve your desired result — this will be at additional cost, and will be discussed with you at your review.
