Dr Sarah Anthony is a caring General Practitioner with a special interest in skin health, ageing, and aesthetic medicine. With a diverse background in nutrition, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and general practice, Dr Sarah blends medical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care and safety. She partners with each patient to understand their goals, provide evidence-based guidance, and create treatment plans that prioritise both safety and natural, undetectable results.

Dr Sarah’s Journey So Far

• A strong foundation – Completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (QUT, 2007) and a Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics (Griffith University, 2009), then worked as a Dietitian and researcher with Queensland Health.

• Medical training – Graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery in 2015.

• Surgical experience – Spent over four years in plastic and reconstructive surgery, peri-operative, and intensive care medicine across major hospitals in Melbourne and Tasmania.

• Returning to Tasmania – In 2020, chose to settle back in Tasmania, where she began her General Practice training.

• Today – Brings together her background in nutrition, surgery, and general practice to provide authentic, expert, collaborative, and comprehensive care—helping patients achieve healthy skin and natural, undetectable results.

She is committed to continuing professional development to ensure the most up to date treatments are offered to patients with memberships including the Australian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM), Aesthetic Medical Emergency Team (AMET), Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA), Australian & New Zealand Burns Association (ANZBA), Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA), and HealthCert.
